1) ELIGIBILITY: The Whiteface.com/springbreak contest is open to all US and Canadian residents who are 21 or over. Proof of age is required to receive any prizes. Employees of ORDA and Whiteface, its advertising agency, related sponsors and household members to each employee are not eligible. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Contest ends 03/17/2008. The prize is good for the 2007/2008 season. Reservations are required and subject to availability. Prize may only be used during non-holiday periods.

2) SPONSOR: Whiteface Mountain, Rt. 86 Wilmington, NY 12997.

3) WINNER: The winner will be chosen by a random drawing. You can find out the winners by have contacting Bridget at 518-946-2223,Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm eastern time. Only one contest prize will be awarded regardless of any malfunction caused by human or technical error.

4) THE PRIZE CONSISTS OF: Two nights lodging at the Golden Arrow Resort and two one-day lift tickets. Available to accessibility.

5) USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: The principal sponsor, Whiteface Mountain, uses the name and contact information to administer the contest according to the Official Rules. The sponsor may use personal information to promote events and to market its services. Entrants who do not wish to receive communication from the sponsor may indicate their preference by clicking on the link to "unsubscribe" or by writing the Sponsor directly.

6) The entrant hereby consents to the release and disclosure by Whiteface Mountain of any and all information provided in the entry. Information collected in connection with this contest shall be used for mailings regarding visits to Whiteface Mountain and shall not be resold to third parties for any other use whatsoever.

7) Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from a single person will be treated as one entry.

8) Whiteface Mountain or their agents are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries or for miscommunications, misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, including errors associated with the U. S. Postal Service.

9) This contest is void wherever restricted or prohibited by state or local laws.

10) By entering, participants release and hold harmless Whiteface Mountain, and agencies employed by Whiteface Mountain, as well as any directors, officers or employees of these organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest.

11) If for any reason the contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, including any causes beyond the control of the administrators of the contest, Whiteface Mountain reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the contest without notice to the entrants.

12) Entry into the contest does not create any vested right or interest for the participants in the prize offered for the contest.
